The 30-inch Carezza long chain features 12.50 carats of rose cut diamonds and 28 carats of natural blue sapphire with each blue sapphires separated by 1.5 inches of diamonds.  

Inspired by the changing hues of the magnificent Carezza lake, this long chain can be customized to include rubies and blue Emerald.
